claude.ai renders a bare issue number (#101769) as a styled chip that is not clickable

In a claude.ai chat (cloud Claude Code session, web app), Claude's reply referred to a GitHub issue as plain text "#101769". The app rendered it as a styled pill with a blue icon, so it looks like a link to the issue, but it does nothing when clicked.
Expected, either:
- a chip that looks clickable is clickable, opening the issue it names (here https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/101769, filed earlier in the same session), or
- a bare number is rendered as plain text, so it doesn't look like a link.
Users reasonably try to click it and get nothing.
