AskUserQuestion: render question bodies as normal-weight markdown (follow-up to #78204)

Environment: Claude Code 2.1.296, macOS, terminal.

#78204 asked for this and the stale bot closed it, asking for a new issue. It still happens on 2.1.296.

What happens

  • The question text in the AskUserQuestion dialog renders entirely in bold.
  • Markdown in it shows as typed: list markers, blank lines, backticks and ** markers.

Why it matters

  • Our agents end every turn with AskUserQuestion, so the question carries real context: a one-sentence question, then a short list of facts.
  • When everything is bold nothing stands out, so a question cannot be skimmed.

Why a mod cannot fix it

  • ui.render on AskUserQuestion lets a mod add elements above the dialog's own drawing.
  • The Markdown element is "Not drawn around the approval dialog" (MarkdownProps.text in the 2.1.296 types), so a mod would have to hand-parse markdown into Text elements.

What I'm asking for

  1. Draw question bodies with the transcript's markdown renderer at normal weight, keeping bold for what the author marked. Option descriptions too.
  2. Failing that, allow Markdown in a ui.render tree above the question dialog, so a mod can do it.
