[BUG] When pasting a capture, the send button is not active unless I type a character inside my VSCode tool and using the Claude extension

What's Wrong?

When pasting a capture, the send button is not active unless I type at least one character.
I think it should make the send arrow button active even I paste a capture alone.

I think it should make the send arrow button active even I paste a capture alone.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Paste a capture inside chat box in Claude extension inside VSCode tool
2. Try to send it

Actual results:
Nothing happens as the send btn is not active

Expected results:
The send arrow btn is active and sending the capture to Claude
