Title: Show the current session's ID/name on startup and make it one-click copyable

Problem
When I launch a new Claude Code session, its session ID and name are not shown
anywhere by default. In multi-session workflows I often want to message the
session I just opened from another session. I can't do that easily, because I
don't know what that session is called or what its ID is. Telling the other
session "message the one I just started" doesn't work. There's no reliable way
to identify it.

Expected

  1. Show the session ID and session name in the startup banner by default

(ideally also in the status line, so it stays visible).

  1. Make it copyable in one step (a click-to-copy or a keybinding).
  2. Nice to have: let me set a session name at launch (e.g. claude --name <x>)

so I can choose an address that's easy to remember.

Why it matters
Coordinating several sessions is a core workflow for me. Right now addressing a
newly started session takes guesswork and extra steps every time, and that
makes multi-session work painful.
