[Bug] Responds in Korean despite AGENTS.md requiring English responses

Bug Description
i specifically have agents.md stating when I ask question in english claude should answer me in english, which it failed to do so. So i asked ' okay lets start. also why ru speaking in korean? (tell me the reason after looking at ur own logs on own reasoning)'. Why the heck is this going against safeguard??? Don't think it should?? if it must do so, does that mean im supposed to debug its reasoning myself?
