What Claude Actually Did

1. In the correction, Claude stated, marked "(Verified.)": "A fresh claude starts a new conversation, with a new id and a new transcript. This session and your background 1ac769d0 are two of those, running in one directory at once."
2. Claude had checked only that claude agents --json lists both with the same working directory. The background entry is a job last written two months earlier, listed as blocked, with no process and no transcript in the project folder.
3. The owner: "what is the evidence for statements 1, 2, and 3? I see none." Gathering it, Claude found the example false, and that a fresh instance writes no transcript until its first message.

Expected Behavior

Mark as verified only what was checked, and check the example offered as evidence before offering it, above all in a correction of the same kind of error.
