[BUG] claude code cli hooks not called in 1.0.98

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.98
• Operating System: macOS 14.3
• Terminal: Warp

Bug Description

Claude code cli is not calling hook by settings.json configured.

Steps to Reproduce

1. add any hook, such as PreToolUse hook
2. trigger it
3. no hook will be called

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

Call hook when trigger target event.
