[Feature request] Projects: let a project remember "Allow" for a folder on my computer
Problem
In Claude Projects, every thread that runs on my own computer starts with the card "Allow Claude to work in a folder on your device", and the only choice is Allow once. I run most of my threads on the same machine and the same folder, so I tap Allow on every new thread, including threads the project starts on its own while I'm away. The thread then waits until I come back.
This happens with both connection methods described in the docs: a folder added in the desktop app (Settings > Claude Code > Use this computer from your phone and claude.ai) and claude remote-control in a terminal. After I allow a thread, the folder still shows as not allowed for the next one.
Request
Add an Always allow for this project option on the card (or a per-project list of allowed folders in Project settings), so threads in a folder I've already approved start without asking. A way to revoke it in Project settings would keep it safe.
Setup
- Max plan, Projects beta
- Claude Code 2.1.296,
claude remote-control --spawn same-diron Linux (WSL), and the desktop app on macOS and Windows - Docs checked: https://code.claude.com/docs/en/claude-projects#run-a-thread-on-your-own-computer
