[FEATURE] Toggle setting for flipping keybinds: "Enter" for new line and "Shift+Enter" for send.

Problem Statement

This is a small quality of life setting suggestion. Not everybody has this problem, but for many people accidentally hitting Enter, sending the message, instead of making a new line, is annoying. Many people work by writing long prompts with many paragraphs, or lists, making new lines frequently, and Shift+Enter can get clunky.

Proposed Solution

Toggle in settings to flip behavior of Enter and Shift+Enter (this seems easier than option 2)
