What You Asked Claude to Do

I asked for a complete external page and a matching internal companion, with completion criteria, contradiction checks and confirmation of answers settled before delivery.

What Claude Actually Did

The assistant left decisive design questions until the later correction, did not update and link the internal companion to match the page, and proposed a voice note mechanism without weighing the extra transcription work. The page was sent by the user before the final verification finished. This report concerns that later completion and companion failure; it does not repeat earlier reference page or question tracing evidence.

Expected Behavior

Resolve decisive design questions at the beginning and deliver the synchronized page and companion together. State unfinished verification plainly before the deadline. A change to the external page also requires checking its internal companion.
