[Desktop app, Windows] Every notification shows the session title twice (groupTitle = title)

On Windows 11 26H2, Claude Desktop 2.31226.1.0 (MSIX), every notification shows the session name twice: once as a toast header line and again as the title.

Cause: the Electron notification backend passes groupId with groupTitle: e.title, so Windows renders the same text as a header above the title. Older versions did not do this.

Expected: no repeated line. Either drop groupTitle on Windows, or use a header that differs from the title.
