What's Wrong?
I am using claude.app on a Mac. My projects were at the root of my 'Projects' directory and I wanted to move them to 'Projects/claudeProjects'. I asked how to do this in claude.app and received reasonable instructions. Closed the app, applied said instructions and restarted claude.app.
Selected project from the left sidebar and was prompted to 'select the working folder'. Knowing there are claude managed project related folders in /.claude/projects/... and also my project related folders that I had just moved in 'Projects/claudeProjects', I had a 50/50 chance of knowing exactly what the 'THE' in 'the working folder' was referring to. As luck would have it, I guessed wrong and ended up with a mess in /.claude/projects.
The claude app was able to create a shell script that addressed the mess, but if the prompt were changed from the generic 'the working' prompt to 'your working', removing the ambiguity if the human happens to knows about the /.claude/projects/... directory. it would be a big help. I don't think 'your' would be an issue if the human did not know about /.claude/projects/ but if they don't know where their projects are then using 'the' or 'your' is probably moot.
What Should Happen?
Please see 'What's wrong' for the whole story.
Error Messages/Logs
No error message, though 'you may have picked the wrong directory' if the human selected anything subordinate to /.claude/projects/ might help.
