[BUG] Desktop: skill description tooltip in slash menu gets permanently stuck after re-hover

Title: [BUG] Desktop: skill description tooltip in slash menu gets permanently stuck after re-hover
What's wrong?
In the Claude Desktop Code tab, hovering over a skill in the / autocomplete
menu shows its description tooltip. If I then move the pointer onto the
tooltip itself (or back over the description), the tooltip becomes stuck.
It stays on screen over the chat and composer, and nothing dismisses it:
moving away, clicking elsewhere, pressing Esc, closing the menu, or even
switching pages/sessions.
What Should Happen?
Expected
The tooltip dismisses when the pointer leaves the item, when the menu
closes, or on navigation.
Actual
The tooltip stays rendered in place indefinitely and overlaps the chat and
input, even across page changes. Screenshot attached.

- Open a Code session in Claude Desktop.
- Type
/in the composer to open the command/skill picker. - Hover over a user skill (e.g. one with a long description) until its tooltip appears.
- Move the pointer off the skill, then back over the description tooltip.
- Move the pointer away / press Esc / navigate to another page.

- Claude Desktop version: <Help → About>
- OS: <Windows 11 / macOS version>
- Skill type: user skill with a long description
Notes
This looks similar to a known Floating UI-style tooltip bug in Cursor's
skill slash menu (forum.cursor.com/t/156173), where the tooltip doesn't
dismiss and stays on screen until the window is reloaded.
