Bug Description
Plugin hooks: please expose the attachment rows under a user prompt as a ui.render component.
I use a hooks-module mod (ui.render on UserMessage, terminal surface) that draws my prompts as a right-aligned chat bubble. The rows the engine draws right after a prompt, like "└ [Image #1]" for a pasted image and "└ 1 skill available" when skills load, stay left-aligned and visually detach from the bubble they belong to.
In 2.1.295, RenderComponent has no member for these rows (AskUserQuestion, UserMessage, AssistantMessage, ToolUse, ToolResult, ToolGroup, ToolProgress, CommandOutput, Spinner, TurnDuration, InfoNotice, SessionMode, PromptHint, AbovePrompt, Pane). prompt.attachment only rewrites what the model reads, not the drawing.
Ask: a render component for them (e.g. "PromptAttachment"), with props such as kind ("image" | "skill_listing" | "file" | ...), the row text, the owning UserMessage, isExpanded and viewport. Then a mod can align or restyle them with its prompt, or hide them. Passing them as a list on UserMessage's props would work too.
