Claude Code version: 2.1.295
Model shown by the CLI: Opus 5.5

During authorized maintenance of an internal web application, Claude Code stopped before writing a server-side HTTP session lifecycle module. The task was ordinary login/logout handling, bounded JSON responses, cookie validation, timeouts, secret-safe diagnostics, and offline tests with synthetic fixtures. No device contact or deployment was requested for this implementation step.

Observed tool result:
"Not run: the response that made this tool call was stopped by a safety classifier."

No file was created, and no classification category or detailed reason was displayed. We did not retry the denied implementation or disable safeguards. Please review whether this is a false positive and advise the supported resolution or private diagnostic channel.
