[FEATURE] Desktop app: show a notification when a Remote Control session finishes

Problem Statement
I use the Claude desktop app on Windows. When a local or cloud session finishes, I get a Windows notification, which is great. But when I'm working in a Remote Control session from the desktop app, nothing shows up when it finishes. I have to keep switching back to check whether it's done or waiting on me.
I looked through the desktop app's settings and couldn't find any option to turn on notifications for Remote Control sessions.
Proposed Solution
Remote Control sessions should notify on desktop the same way local and cloud sessions already do: when a response finishes, and when Claude needs a permission or an answer. Ideally they'd follow the existing notification settings in the desktop app instead of needing a separate toggle.
Alternative Solutions
I could add a Stop hook on the machine running the session that fires a notification, but that only works on that machine and has to be set up for every machine I connect to. It would be much nicer if the desktop app just handled it.
Priority
Medium - Would be very helpful

Use Case Example
- I start a Remote Control session on [my other machine] and open it in the desktop app on Windows.
- I give it a longer task and switch to something else.
- Claude finishes, or stops to ask for permission, but I don't get any notification.
- I only find out when I go back and check, sometimes a while later.
