Terminal view not responsive on mobile when desktop window is small

Issue
When viewing the multi-agent collab platform (FleetView) in terminal view on my phone, the display depends on how large the window is on my desktop computer. If my desktop window is small, I can't see the content properly on my phone either.
Expected behavior
The mobile view should be consistent and self-contained — it shouldn't matter what size the window is on the desktop. The phone view should render based on the phone's own viewport, not mirror whatever crop/size the desktop happens to be at.
Impact
Makes the platform hard to use from the phone when the desktop window isn't maximized.
