[BUG] Claude Code - Catastrophic Windows Failure - Non Rebootable

What's Wrong?

Given a $250 Gift voucher to use Claude Code.
When I tried to upload a document to Claude Code , My Windows 11
Windows completely froze. PC has to be rebooted.
Then PC then becomes bricked - BLACK SCREEN - (worse than the blue screen of death) windows OS tells me part of the OS is damaged:

PC Bios checked latest at 08 Oct 2026 X89 Ver 01.06.02
HP PC hardware diagnostic V 10.8.70
BIOS deep scan of RAM memory and SSD give 100% clearance on hardware health

To claude software "engineers", My PC is bricked - you can stick your gift voucher where the sun doesn't shine.

Claude should not brick my PC

Steps to Reproduce

Set up Claude Code locally on Windows 11
Try to upload a document ( soem text based code)
PC freezes. Unable to do anything
Reboot computer.
Computer - black screen ( not blue screen)
Message tells me OS is damaged.
