Open a page in the built-in browser pane (e.g. an `https://` site). 2. Copy the URL from the pane's address bar. 3. Paste it elsewhere. **Expected:** The pasted text is the full URL including `https://`, as Chrome does when copying from the address bar. **Actual:** The pasted text has no scheme (e.g. `dev.azure.com/...`), so other tools do not recognise

Steps to reproduce:

Expected: The pasted text is the full URL including https://, as Chrome does when copying from the address bar.

Actual: The pasted text has no scheme (e.g. dev.azure.com/...), so other tools do not recognise it as a link.

Impact: Copied URLs have to be fixed by hand before they can be used elsewhere.
