[Bug] Session list in Omarchy only shows locally started sessions, not sessions from other clients

Bug Description
claude in Omarchy does not show any sessions from Claude except those started on Omarchy. remote control works, my phone can see sessions with RC enabled in Omarchy, but Omarchy cannot see any Claude sessions anywhere at all, except those started in Omarchy.
