[FEATURE] Resume from fuzzy UUID match

Problem Statement

If I have a session with ID b7c8296a-d06f-48a1-969d-288fdc847cf5, I should be able to resume it with

$ claude --resume b7c829

In cases where multiple sessions match, the session picker TUI should show all options.

Proposed Solution

Allow resuming from a prefix or substring of a UUID.
