[Bug] Fuzzy File Search Fails After "@" Input

Bug Description
Fuzzy file search after entering "@" is not working (never worked for us with Clode Code unfortunately).

Example: I enter "@trackacctabc" and in Codex it successfully suggests: "src/app/(app)/app/(views)/(analytics)/tracking/accounts/_components/table-column-defs.tsx"
In Claude Code the results are empty though 😭
