[Feature Request] Inconsistent fork behavior: `/fork` command vs `f for fork` shortcut in `/btw` context

Bug Description
f for fork inside a /btw launches as a subagent. /fork command launches as a separate background agent not as a subagent. But f for fork inside /btw launches as a subagent - which is how /subtask works.

Expected:
f for fork should launch as a background agent. Add s for subtask to retain the existing feature, if needed. This would make the instructions within /btw comply with how the /fork command works.
