What happened
In a Claude Code Project, the Claude desktop app identifies my connected Mac as "macbookpro". That name doesn't appear anywhere I set it: System Settings > General > About shows Name "Mandalorian", and Sharing shows Local hostname "Mandalorian.local". It's an Intel MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020) on macOS Tahoe 26.6.2.
I'm signed in on several machines, so when a thread links to a device or asks to work in a folder, I can't tell which computer it means. Please label devices with the Mac's Name from System Settings and document where the label comes from.
