[FEATURE] URGENT Add Autoreviewer like Codex for Permissions Requests

Problem Statement

I've started using CC and the amount of permissions it asks me is driving crazy. I'm coming from Codex and I didn't have to give "dangerously skip permissions" on Codex, but it had an auto-reviewer that made checked itself for safe commands. However, Claude Code is driving me bonkers with the amount of permissions + no matter how much I allowlist in settings.json it keeps asking. I can't run anything in the background :(
