[FEATURE] Inline code completions (ghost text) in the VS Code extension

Problem Statement

I have a Claude subscription and use Claude Code in VS Code. I'd like Claude to show inline suggestions as I type, as grey text I can accept with Tab, like GitHub Copilot. Right now I need a separate Copilot subscription for this, even though I already pay for Claude.

Proposed Solution

an opt-in setting in the Claude Code VS Code extension that provides inline completions using my existing subscription. It would use the open file and nearby project files as context.
