[BUG] Spelling error in claude code UI

What's Wrong?

A spelling error is present in the Claude Code UI. The affected text contains an incorrect spelling, which may cause confusion for users.

What Should Happen?

The spelling for location should have been Asia/Kathmandu instead of Katmandu

1. Use claude services in vs code
2. When the limit is exhausted, observe the message
