[BUG] Please fix the bugs that cause claude code to melt the CPU...it's embarrassing...we're just running a text interface and API requests here

a single instance of claude code with subagents + the terminal uses 100% CPU

a text interface and API traffic should only consume a minimal mount of CPU compute
