What happened: Asked for 'pretty' (pink, colorful) plants, the agent picked a plain variety and a 'grower's choice' random variety instead of clearly matching picks.
Impact on the user: Repeated cart churn; the user had to reject picks and re-ask.
Expected: complete, verified work on the first pass, without the user having to correct it.
Ask: please improve Claude / Claude Code so this failure mode stops recurring.
