[Feature Request] Built-in plugin missing from /plugin list and /usage cost tracking

Bug Description
The built-in mod cc-plugin-you-should-know@builtin is enabled in settings.json and it works: I get "Heads up" notes. But I can't find it in /plugin, and /usage doesn't show what its side agent costs. The docs don't say which model it uses or how to track its tokens. Please list it in /plugin and show its cost in /usage.
