[Feature Request] Implement Mandatory Backup and Context Preservation on Agent Restart

Bug Description
My biggest complaint claude code is the away agents come in after one of those sudden agent restarts and start making changes without ever first make a backup with no real context. I have sufferred big loses on several ocassions as result. Having a way to force an agent to update claude.md before a session restart is critical. And a claude.md file that is actually dynamic and meaningful where the agent can quickly check is vital
