Remote Control: iOS effort picker reverts Ultracode to Extra

Description
In a Remote Control session where ultracode is on (set on Mac), the iOS Claude app's effort picker shows "Extra" instead of "Ultracode". Selecting Ultracode on the phone shows the "Change effort?" confirmation, but a few seconds after confirming, the picker reverts to Extra. The Mac session itself appears to stay in ultracode.
Expected
The phone picker shows Ultracode when ultracode is on, and the selection persists.
Impact
Confusing state, and each re-selection triggers a session re-read that costs usage.
