[Bug] TUI fullscreen: mouse-wheel scrolling unresponsive and view cutoff on macOS

Bug Description
Regression in 2.1.288: in fullscreen (tui fullscreen), mouse-wheel scrolling barely moves and the view is cut
off, in both the normal view and ctrl+o transcript mode. VS Code integrated terminal, macOS. Same setup on
2.1.287 works. /tui default works around it.
