Session list in sidebar: indent sessions under their group + separate font size

In the Claude Code VS Code extension, the sessions sidebar (Local tab) shows groups (e.g. "Plugins") and the sessions that belong to them at the same left margin. It is hard to see which session belongs to which group.

Request

1. Indent sessions under their group header.
2. Add a setting for the font size of the session list (e.g. claudeCode.sessionListFontSize). Today it follows chat.fontSize, so I cannot make the list smaller without shrinking the whole chat.

Version: anthropic.claude-code 2.1.288, macOS (VS Code).
