[BUG] Thinking summaries ignore persona's grammatical gender set in CLAUDE.md

My global ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md tells Claude to refer to itself in feminine forms in Russian and Spanish (persona "Maria"). Visible replies follow this, but the thinking summaries shown in the Claude desktop app (Code tab) default to masculine forms, e.g. «Зафиксировал оба решения…» ("I recorded both decisions…", masculine verb ending) instead of «Зафиксировала…» (feminine). In Russian, past-tense verbs agree with the speaker's gender, so the summary misgenders the persona the user configured.

In my local transcripts: 390 masculine vs 158 feminine first-person forms in thinking summaries. An explicit note in CLAUDE.md asking to mark the persona's gender in reasoning did not help (2026-10-03).

Expected: summaries respect the persona/gender set in the user's instructions, or at least use gender-neutral phrasing.

Related: #87367 (summaries don't follow the configured language).
