[Feature Request] Diff panel should display untracked files or have an option to do so

Bug Description
When using the /diff panel, it should show either untracked (but created this session) files or have an option to do so. Say it creates a new code file. I want to be able to read it in the panel, rather than having to stage it first.
Perhaps a flag to show gitignored ones too but that is less important.
