[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Cybersecurity Safeguards False Positive on Legitimate Code Protection Tasks

Bug Description
Possible false positive in Sonnet 5.5 cybersecurity safeguards. Claude Code repeatedly blocked my request with “safeguards flagged this session” and Details: [cyber]. The task is to build and package a test release of my own Artale experience-value OCR application, preserve its existing timing settings, apply Reactor and VMProtect code protection, and verify startup, OCR recognition, and logging. I clarified that I developed the application and own its source code, but the request was still blocked. The requested work concerns packaging and protecting my own application, not unauthorized access or malware deployment. Please review the blocked requests in this session for a possible false positive and advise how to complete this legitimate development workflow.
