[FEATURE] Default open last used session / Open session if there's only 1 linked to dir

Problem Statement

I think we all know this, open your terminal "cd" in the directory type in claude and we landing inside a blank page. This makes sense if there are more then one sessions associated with this directory but this is not always the case. You need to take the steps through the /resume page to get your sessions reopend.

Proposed Solution

A simple solution is, if theres only one session to automatically reopen it, if claude code was opened inside this dir.

It would be also simple, to just reopen the last opened session associated to this directory.
