Bug Description
the user experence across Claude Code CLI, Claude desktop app, Claude phone app and claude.ai web UI need to be much more consistent. I am usually fairly quick getting things around but it took me a while to chat with Claude to figure where, what and how. Specifically,

  1. Are chat and code two different functions? yes but they all just chat literally. you can pretty much do the same thing in either one. what's the difference? or does it need to be different? I do document writing in code and write design and code in chat - some times. doc is code in the end. Claude already knows what I am chatting about. Is it necessary to choose one vs the other?
  1. I can see more and more I am going to have multiple devices runing all of the four - CLI, desk app, web app, phone app. I would consider each claude app is an agent. They know their runtime, capabilities and limitations. They know each other via - maybe a shared Claude account in my case, and shared context. Make it easy and clear to see what is shared and what is local to each. i can see remote control is useful and powerful. I hope we will have a way to more than just remote control but bring shared context for better orchestration among my agents - the Claude apps in my account. some of my devices are mobile, some are not, some are more powerful than others. some are running headless. Need a - maybe dashboard view of - all my signed apps, shared context/tools and individual apps local stuff
