Classifier block actions when bypass permission is set?

What's Wrong?

Classify blocks actions when bypass permission is set. In my global settings file I have set bypass permission as the default and in my local config file I have permission set still yet I get classifier blocking agent actions this started about a week or two ago

What Should Happen?

Classifier should not block

Error Messages/Logs

Permission for this action was denied by the Claude Code auto mode classifier. Reason: [Modify Shared Resources].

Steps to Reproduce

Set bypass permission as default

Use remote control as well as PC

Agent actions are blocked

I noticed when connected to Claude code via PC using remote control bypass permission is not an option but using PC same thing happens
