Feature request: let Claude create and pre-configure new sessions (model + starter message) when it builds a workflow for you
What happened
I'm building a video-generation app with Claude Code. From my phone, I asked if I could just text an idea and get a finished clip back. Claude built the whole remote pipeline in minutes (a script that sends the idea to the app, waits for the render, and returns the video), and saved how to use it in memory.
Then it handed the last step back to me: open a new chat, switch it to a cheaper model, type the trigger phrase. The closest it could get on its own was a "spawn task" chip I still had to tap, with no way to set the model.
The ask
When Claude builds a reusable workflow, let it also set up the place to use it:
- Create a new session directly (with the user's OK): working directory, title, and a first message, e.g. "IGOR Remote ready, send me an idea."
- Set the model and effort at creation, so a cheap repeat job doesn't run on the most expensive model.
- Make that session easy to reach from the phone (pinned or named), since that's where ideas happen.
Why it matters
A lot of creative people work in bursts: an idea at 3am, zero energy to set anything up. Claude already has the tools and permissions to build the entire pipeline. The last step, actually opening the door, is the one it hands back to the human. Closing that gap turns "Claude told me how" into "Claude did it."
