[Feature Request] Auto-rename sessions based on initial prompt or generate UUID on clear command

Bug Description
I would like to request, everytime i initiate a new session, and done the frist prompt, automatically rename the session based on the task done. or you can assign an UUID first when command /clear is trigger. it's really annoying for me to rename the session everytime i run clear command
