[Bug] Chat locked out by safeguards on all messages

Bug Description
im locked out [Image #11] of the chat history due to safeguards. any message even "hello" hits the safeguard lockout
I asked which directory was storing specific API keys, it errored on safeguard flags, but then every subsequent message also errors, even "hello" or unrelated chat queries error out on the safeguard.
