[BUG] Title: Sessions stuck on "Can't reach your computer" after reconnects; repeated forced logouts (Windows desktop app)

What's Wrong?

Details:
Windows 11, Claude Desktop 2.16120.0, Code tab, local sessions.
417 bridge disconnects (WebSocket code 1006) in 13 days.
25 "User logged out" events in 13 days.
After each drop, old sessions stay stuck even after reconnecting, until the app is fully restarted. Some stay stuck even after that.
Sleep was a trigger, and I've since set sleep to Never and turned off Wi-Fi power saving.
Log file: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Claude\logs\main.log
