[Bug] Claude Code unexpectedly switches to user's input language without explicit instruction

Bug Description
I saw this behaviour already several times, question is in german -> claude answers in german , i dont see what triggerd the language change as i not included something like answer in english etc to change its answer language. Thank you for your amazing work :)
