Subject: GitHub connector shows "connected" but is unusable outside cloud sessions, plus no search in Settings

Body:

I connected my GitHub account via Connectors in Settings. The panel shows "GitHub account connected" and the Claude GitHub App as installed for my account, gitSS-md89. However, in the mobile app I have no way to browse, create, or modify a repository — there is no visible GitHub functionality at all, despite the status reading as connected.

I eventually noticed a small grey label reading "Cloud sessions only," which I now understand means the connection applies to Claude Code cloud sessions rather than general chat. That distinction is not discoverable. A normal user completing the GitHub integration will reasonably expect repository access in the app, and nothing on that screen explains the limitation. Please make the scope explicit — for example, a sentence stating which surfaces the connection works on, and what to do if you want repository access elsewhere.

Second, there is no search within Settings. Settings now spans Connectors, Skills, Plugins, Capabilities and more, and finding a specific option means opening each tab in turn. A search box at the top of Settings would solve this.

Third, a suggestion that may be better than a search box: let users change settings conversationally. Rather than hunting through tabs, I would like to tell Claude what I want — "disconnect my GitHub account," "change my response language," "where do I turn off memory" — and have it either make the change or take me straight to the right control. The search problem largely disappears if Claude can do the searching.

Thank you.
