[FEATURE] Desktop Code: named projects that aren't tied to the folder name

In the Code tab, a project's name is always its folder name. I'd like to create projects with a name I choose (like Chat Projects), with one or more folders attached, and be able to rename them without renaming anything on disk. Folder names are often short or cryptic (e.g. Proj_AI_DA, Slides), and several projects can end up with the same folder name.
