Bug Description
On macOS, System Settings > Privacy & Security > App Management shows an entry named only "2.1.285" with a blank document icon. It's the native install binary at ~/.local/share/claude/versions/2.1.285. Because the binary is named after its version and isn't in an app bundle, users can't tell it's Claude Code, and it looks like unknown software requesting permission to modify other apps. Suggested fix: Ship the binary inside a signed bundle, or at least give it an identifiable name and bundle identifier so macOS shows "Claude Code" in privacy panels. Environment: macOS on Apple Silicon, Claude Code 2.1.285 (native installer).
