[Bug] Terminal hyperlink detection interferes with output colorization and creates unintended clickable regions

Bug Description
Colorisation is broken in terminal when the output contains an url and the whole terminal because clickable and redirects to that url. It's very annoying and even closing and reopening the session doesn't fix the issue.
