[Bug] Cyber Verification Program approval not applied to Opus 5.5 model access

Bug Description
I applied and was approved for the Cyber Verification Program yesterday but all of my chats are still being blocked when on Opus 5.5 and I'm being forced to use Opus 4.8. I've tried restarting session and don't know what to do. This is authorized security testing of our own software: the team built the Clinical Co-Pilot target and owns both repos. The work is part of a GauntletAI course. All targets are our own deployments, all patient data is synthetic, and the platform attacks only allowlisted targets under the human gates below
